Nice private loft apartment just 1/2 block from Liberty Park! Sits on a quiet Street, minutes from downtown Salt Lake City via bike, or car. 45 minute drive from Park City, Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude! Plenty of restaurants & Brew Pubs close by.

This Victorian house was built in 1907 and has lots of history & charm! The updated Loft apt is located upstairs & the private entrance is located around the back on the left.

Apartment includes full kitchen with fridge, electric stove, microwave-oven, and coffeemaker. Kitchen is fully stocked with all cookware, dishes and glassware.

It has a large private outdoor patio. Smoking outside on the patio is ok.

Charming stay!

My boyfriend and I were super pleased with our stay here! The place has so much character and charm. Being walking distance from a local coffee shop was an added bonus that worked out really well for us. Our stay was short but it was great!

Great Salt Lake City stay

Perfect place to stay. Easy booking & check-in process. Great Salt Lake City location - very quiet neighborhood, one block to a quaint cafe, coffee shop & park. Minutes from downtown. Perfect size for 2 people. Super comfy with a great deck, overlooking a beautiful yard. We will be staying here again!

Passing thru Salt Lake and it was perfect

Great walking distance to community park. Kitchen had everything we needed. After hours of driving the massage chair was a welcomed piece of furniture.

This property was cozy and well kept. It’s close to dining and shopping options. It’s just a few minutes by car to the airport, downtown, or the Natural History Museum. Gorgeous views from the deck! Also, the massage chair is a must try.

GR8 Place & Amazing Value!

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Communication with the property owner was easy and he responded very quickly. The place is super cute and an awesome location - close to Liberty Park and Park Cafe (which was also awesome). Husband loved the wifi name reference (he’s a movie geek too). Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Such a great value too!

What a wonderful stay! We needed a central location for this visit, and this unit was ideal. Chad was a fantastic host and easy to connect with if needed. The unit is located upstairs and accessed exactly as described in the listing. Cleanliness was remarkable. This was the perfect stay for the two of us.

Lovely Loft

I loved the layout of the space that has been created in this, what I presume to have been an attic. The 2nd floor deck was nice. I’m glad I tried out the massage chair, because that became my favorite thing. The bed and pillows were good. The neighborhood was an older gentrified area very near a major park, which I unfortunately couldn’t check out because of my schedule. A bustling friendly breakfast restaurant was two blocks away.

great stay

First time in SLC so wanted central spot to explore from. We enjoyed the neighbourhood, particularly vicinity to great cafes, and proximity to everything (better to have a a car). Flat is well equipped and clean. Parking easy. Communication with owner faultless. Chad was also very generous in arranging a late check out. The only thing I would point out, from personal experience as a tall person, is that the flat is in the attic with some low lateral ceilings to watch out for. Would stay again though.

Amazing location, great stay

I love this location—it’s a classic SLC inner city neighborhood full of 100~ year old homes…including this one. It’s just steps from gorgeous (and huge) Liberty Park for a stroll, plus the legendary Park Cafe is moments away on foot, and the newer cafe/bakery Picnic (awesome baked goods/bagels) is about 30 seconds on foot. The space itself mirrors the character and age of the house, but is super tidy and everything works. It is very private and I hardly saw Chad or his family. It is up about 20 exterior stairs to access. The well-equipped full kitchen was excellent. Chad was a fantastic host, responding to VRBO chat very quickly. When the weather suddenly turned from winter to summer practically overnight, Chad was quick to install the air conditioners; we appreciated the comfy temperature. Check in/out was easy breezy. The private back deck has lovely neighborhood and mountain views and is a great spot to have coffee or a drink.

Adorable place. Great location.

The stay is an adorable loft above a house. Small place but with everything you need. A pet peeve of mine is when a stay is empty and lacking basic or extended amenities. Defeats the purpose of booking a home rather than a hotel. Not a problem here. Dishes, cooking utensils, coffee maker with a few pods, body wash, shampoo, etc are all provided. Massage chair was awesome after a long day of exploring the city Great for an extended stay. Location is also great. Right across from the huge liberty park. A coffee shop on one corner and the best SLC breakfast joint on the other. A bus that runs to downtown is a 60 second walk from the front door. Beware that getting back on public transit late night is difficult and requires long walks but this is due to SLC transit not running late, not the location. I'd be happy to stay here again on my next visit. Host was communicative but hands off. Place was fully loaded and comfortable. And I'd love an excuse to eat at Park Cafe again.
