I checked in and 4 hours later just left. Police were basically driving thru every 15 mins, obvious crime hotel. Do not stay there

By far the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The building needs to be condemned. Police drive bus every 20 minutes which I was actually thankful for. Seems to be a base for prostitution and drug use. Packages of coffee bu no coffee pot, no trash can. Blood or ketchup on bed skirt and bed. Cigarette burns in the sheets, dog hair all over the floors. Sheets had been slept in. Curtains were filthy. How do curtains get filthy?! Smoke detector was battery less and in the drawer. I was too much in a hurry and should have looked at yelp and google reviews. All the horrible reviews are 100% legit. I’m surprised Hotels.com would even list this dump on their website. There should be basic standards met to be part of this platform.
Missing coffee pot, no garbage cans. This is the least of the problems, scroll on.

The bed and the shower were the only positive aspects of the stay. The condition of the facility and rooms were deplorable. Repaired holes, painting of the room incomplete, no refrigerator in the room, stained/dirty carpets, stained walls, dog poop all over outside, the hallways smelled like pot and cat urine, and no breakfast or even bag to-go breakfasts. Very disappointing after staying in other Baymont facilities.

The door had to be forced shut. The bath tub was patched and wouldnt drain asked the front desk for a plunger after we walked from the room to the desk no phone in the room and i have a breathing issue and the room was supposed to be on the first floor but they put us on the second.

Rooms need to be updated a little bit, paint over the damaged areas and recaulked the areas around the toilets that have mold. Internet is probably the worst to experience. When it works it was extremely slow, usually did not work. Very frustrating if you had to do some business.

Baymont name is deceiving!!
Terrible. Filthy Carpet, hair in sheets, broken window. Very tired with a puppy, so had to stay!

The check in was great! The room, not so good. Pretty sure the room wasn't cleaned and not even the sheets changed. I figure if I get COVID in the next few days, it's because of this hotel. The room was definitely not in great shape either.

Worst Hotel Ever!! Don’t stay here!
This was probably the worst hotel stay I have ever experienced. First when I arrived they said the my never got my reservation from hotels.com; they finally found the reservation but it was for a room that was only fit for one person there were three of us. The room we did get them to switch it too was disgusting, there was trash under the bed and food it was just awful! Then the air conditioning did not work at all we had to argue with the woman up front for a half hour just to get yet another room switch. I will never stay at this hotel again. There is nothing they can do that would entice me to stay again.

Whatever you do, DO NOT STAY HERE! The room I was given had numerous problems! The ENTIRE headboard for the bed was off it's mount and BROKEN! There was only ONE outlet available to use for your personal laptop/cellphone. The TV only had 12 channels to choose from. The bathroom looked like it was hastily repaired from some sort of issue.

Pleased doing ignore the bad reviews . I did it and I regretted. Put the extra $40 and get something better . My bathroom was disgusting . Had hair all over the bathtub and under the sink Blond hair lots of hair 🤢🤮 AC was loud. The sheets seemed clean but the mattress and pillows smelled like curry really strong . I woke up smelling like curry . The carpets are disgusting The chair in the room was extremely dirty . The outsides are dirty too . The staff were polite and friendly but sorry that’s not personal. The place is gross .

I did not feel safe in this hotel even though it is in a safe part of town. The door handle to our room was falling off, there was a cigarette burn in the sheets even though there is no smoking, we only had 1 towel for 2 people and overall it is not a place I would go back to.

The only outlet that was accessible in the room was a dangling power strip which already had the TV, Fridge, Microwave and Coffee Maker plugged in leaving room for only one charger at a time. This cannot be up to code. The bathroom floor tile was cracked, the lamp shade was broken, the beds were bumpy, lumpy and in every way uncomfortable. The only 2 treadmills in the fitness center didn't work.

There were no spare outlets in the room to be used so i could charge my phone. They were all being used by the tv, mini fridge, and the lamp. The outlet in the bathroom the cord for my phone kept falling out. Had to use my phone as an alarm clock. Rather inconvenient.

In need of a remodel.
Let me preface by saying I stayed there 10 or more years ago and the difference is stark. Also, I’m not a person who rents luxury when I’m traveling for business. Clean, comfortable and safe are my 3 requirements. Staff was very nice, breakfast was ehh. Real problem was the condition of the room. Water in sink, shower and toilet were all very slow to go down. Television has damaged screen which made everything shadowy and dark. Coffee maker has literal slime in the water reserve. Lamps have power outlets on them which pull right out of the lamps. Curtains were stained and don’t stay closed. It was a buck cheaper than motel 6 and showed.

Hotel was what you'd expect for the price. Clean bathroom, clean bedsheets & towels. Tv would only work for a minute then give a "loose cable" alert when you change the channel. Rear entrance claimed you needed your room key to get in, but you could just walk into the building. Smelled pot being smoked for two days in a row. Got woken up at 5 am by a random person knocking on the door. Security cameras everywhere but not a secure facility if anyone can just walk in at any time.

The hotel pictures are not even close to the real hotel. Motel 6 is much cleaner. Hotel definitely not to Wyndham standards since it is independently owned.
