It has a community outdoor pool, a penthouse with a 140 m2 private terrace with veranda, sun loungers, ping pong table, barbecue, private jacuzzi and a balcony overlooking the street. A large fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, fryer, coffee machine, etc. is available, as well as a large living room with dining room and sofa corner with flat screen TV. Some DVDs and games are available. Four rooms are available. One double bedroom, two bedrooms with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The apartment has free wifi and a parking space upon reservation. Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with bathtub, are available, as well as a third toilet. The apartment is air conditioned and has heaters for the winter.
