"It was ok, stuff is working really hard, the hotel is clean and nice. They need to update the drinks menu - it’s 2020 they are not serving mojitos yet. "Super reception staff, so helpful. Staff excellent overall. Room fabulous, really spacious, pool lovely, restaurant lovely, service excellent , tapas and bubbly (Cava) - complimentary - a real treat. "Hotel room was fine although no tea or coffee making facilities. Buffet dinner and breakfast repetitive with little variation throughout the week. Theme park very busy and Express tickets worthless as so many people have them. "Check in although busy was fast and super friendly. Guest services couldn’t have been more helpful. The family room was a fantastic size with plenty room for us all.
