My room had a few minor issues but they didn't impact my stay, like an alarm clock that wasn't working. I notified the staff they could flag it to the maintenance team."

"The staff are very friendly. The hotel is lovely. They do include a breakfast (not much for vegans except toast and fruit, but choices for non-vegans were plentiful). There is also a coffee shop in the lobby which is very convenient."

"This is a wonderful alternative If you have an early morning departure or a late evening arrival. Exhausted after a full day of traveling I arrived at the hotel well after midnight - the staff was warm and friendly, and the room comfortable and quiet. Would definitely recommend."
