Good Location

Situated at the top of the hill. Gas station adjacent and setters pub on premises. Next to a plant nursery and orchard. Good food at the pub and also home restaurant is within walking distance. This is an excellent Cafe.

Pros: Close to the highway
First of all when we arrived, there wasn't anyone at reception & we waited at least 10 minutes before someone came. We went for breakfast at 6:30 the next morning & it wasn't ready. From what I observed the same person was trying to cover all areas, reception, breakfast etc.

You get what you paid for.

It was a mistake to book here, i will not come back again. I had a terrible sleep, bed not comfy, quilt keeps falling on the floor. No elevator going to the second floor is not fun as I have heavy suitcase.

Good hotel.

Pros: Close to the highway
Location: Salmon Arm has lots to do in the summer, and in the winter hiking still seems to be an option. It looks like they have an arts scene.
I found the hotel staff professional, helpful and knowledgeable about the town.

Quiet Motel outside Salmon Arm

Posted 20-Nov-2015
Pros: Close to Trans Canada Highway
Location: Next door Home Restaurant offers 10% discount on any consumption whilst a guest at Super 8.
The motel is situated on Trans Canada Highway on the outskirts of Salmon Arm. Despite its location its very quiet. Main Street with shopping facilities and restaurants is just 5 minutes away by car, although 30 minutes walking distance.
