Las vistas son impresionantes, el tamaño de salón y habitaciones es bueno y también el garaje y el trastero con fácil acceso. Lo peor es que está en la zona más alta de la urbanización y subir desde el pueblo caminando requiere estar en plena forma. Hay una zona de columpios infantiles al lado de la casa.
