"Fantastic hotel!! We had the family hotel and it was a brilliant layout for myself daughter and mum. We had a superb time and the service was exceptional. Such lovely staff! My daughter made friends with Salma , Lucy and Melody. And the gentleman who I didn’t catch name off really helped us with breakfast! My daughter loved the omelette and said it was better than Dadas! "

"The room did not get cool, unfortunately, which I prefer for sleeping, but it was possible to open the window. Also, no attention was paid to the coffee machine, and as such, it needed to be emptied and therefore did not work. Unfortunately, I had to ask multiple daily for refresher of milk, coffee pods, and even coffee cups. Otherwise, the experience was excellent, as was the location."

"Best hotel location for Eiffel Tower. We were able to walk short distances to everywhere. Service was very good. Hotel is clean. The rooftop bar was closed which was a bummer. That would’ve been nice to see."
