Spacious new 80 m² apartment (2023) with a large 40 m² terrace offering an unobstructed view of Mont Blanc and the Aravis mountain range. 200 m from shops, restaurants and market, and 12 min from the Princesse Megève cable car. Ideal for skiing, hiking, lakes, Chamonix or Saint-Gervais. With private garage, visitor parking and disabled access, it's the perfect starting point for exploring the Alps. IMPORTANT INFORMATION This accommodation is managed by Care Concierge. After booking, please check your inbox for important information. A digital welcome guide containing all necessary instructions will be sent to you 3 days before your arrival. Please note that we require a security deposit before entering the accommodation. KEY LOCATION Please note that this building does not allow key boxes. For this reason, keys must be collected from our office located 600 metres from the apartment just an 8-minute walk away.
