Check in was great. Room was clean and spacious. Temperature was comfortable. Clean mini fridge and microwave nice to make a light dinner as we were too tired to go out! We will stay here again.

From check in to leaving, all was well. Clean rooms. My only complaint is the shampoo and body wash are in those large bottles attached to the wall. I'd rather have individual ones that no one has a chance to put something in them.

Service was horrible for left behind items.
We left medications behind. We called and told they were life threatening if not taken. They replied that since the general manager was on vacation no one could mail them because a fee had to be charged on the credit card we left on file. Even though the clerk “Ashley” who refused to give a last name said they have the medications she couldn’t mail them and charge the credit card because only the general manager is authorized to do so and she is on vacation for seven days and was so sorry! I asked if we could pay her but again she said there is no was without the general manager’s okay.

Surprised at how nice front desk staff was… very well done. Overall place is clean but dated. Parking lot was mostly clean however, it looked like someone unloaded the trash out of their car on to the lot and left it. Didn’t sit well …..

Although convenient off the highway, I wouldn’t recommend. Check in was easy even though we arrived late evening. Unfortunately, when we entered our room and went to use the toilet, it hadn’t been cleaned. There was dried poop on the inside of the bowl and the entire rim had dark gray grime. I notified the front desk first thing in the morning. Although they were friendly and understood, they said that because we didn’t book directly, there was nothing they could do. In addition, very uncomfortable mattresses.

Room was dirty having someone elses dirty socks that my 17 month old found behind the chair in the room. There was other things under the bed as well. Bathroom amenities wasn't replenished for my family of 5. Staff was quite pleasant though.

My husband and I realized at 11:30pm that we forgot to pack toothpaste. We called the front desk and they brought toothpaste to our room. Exceptional service! The breakfast was also very good. It’s not the most aesthetically pleasing hotel in the world, but it was clean, and we can’t complain. We would definitely stay again.

This hotel needs some major renovation - even the front desk lady agreed. Our booked room (#223) had major deficits: mold in AC unit, ripped headboard, hair all on bed and floor, crusted plywood furniture, dirty refrigerator, dirty microwave, stained carpet and rusted & mildew shower head. We asked for another room and was put in the "executive suite". There is nothing executive about it except for the space. It is a bigger room, indeed. However, the room hasn't been used in ages - we turned on the water in the tub and it came out brown (clogged and unused). There were four lamps in the room but only two lightbulbs are working. There is water damage on the ceiling; visible water stain and bubbled corners. The microwave is older than my grandparents. The refrigerator was not thoroughly cleaned. They have a slightly good breakfast: omelets, sausage links and warmed cinnamon rolls. The front desk was okay. They responded to our concerns but were not overly nice or welcoming. This hotel needs to be demolished and rebuilt, literally just start over. The pictures posted are nowhere what it looks like in real life. Had I know, I would have never. But, we were visiting out of town and same-day prices at other hotels were too darn expensive. We sucked it up and made the most of it.

The air conditioner leaked and wet the carpet. I took my shoes off and felt the wettness right away. I wasnt sure if the carpet was just washed or what it was. Being next to the air conditioner i assumed it was that. Our key card didnt work at first. Which happens. But when we took it downstairs to get reprogrammed everyone behind the deak mentioned the machine had said low batteriies for days. Yet nobody changed them. Breakfast was great! Offer a wide range from muffins, fruits, eggs and pancakes. Water presure was warm and perfect to shower comfortably. Beds are comfy to sleep any type of sleeper
