Let’s start with check in. First, check in was at 3 pm, I arrived 5 mins early to find the office locked up. I rung the night time bell to be greated by a man who could pass for homeless, in his PJ’s. Then I got a different room from which I booked. After that, we check out the room. The sheets were clean, but the comforter was not. It looked as if a mechanic might have changed his oil in the parking lot and used the comforter to wipe his hands off. Now, let’s take a look at that bathroom. The shower head was broken, and pointed straight to the ground. I’m not a tall man, but man…it’s was an uncomfortable shower. Overall, I’d find some where else to stay, maybe even sleep in your car.

No heat or a/c, ceiling fan did not work, towels and sheets were stained, and tub was rusted, filthy, and clogged with a old bar of soap, meaning the tub had not even been cleaned. Slimy liuid on night stand, sad!

Bathtub literally brown ! Couldn’t believe it Two very tiny thin towels No heating and very chilly Couldn’t get tv to work With just minor changes it could be nice I was dreading seeing a bed bug but luckily didn’t Left at first light of day never to return

Certainly no diamonds here!
DO NOT stay at this property. The room was not clean (there were visible black fingerprints on the linens) and there was no toilet paper provided. The front desk staff were not available nor helpful when I attempted to get a refund. I had to sleep in my jacket and on top of a towel to protect myself. The property was run down, cold, and unkempt.

It’s a motel
The motel is fine, a little no frills spot in the middle of small town Kansas. What you’d expect. Chatty proprietor. Toilet in our room should be replaced. Walls are thin, could hear our neighbors pretty clearly (talking, moving around, peeing.)

Desk checkin gentleman was very nice and helpful. Room was very clean, well painted and upgraded even though an older motel. Beds comfortable. Outside and inside were neat as a pin. Needed outlets for c-paps and accommodated us with extension cord and multiplug. Would recommend it for travelers. No breakfast but coffee maker in room.

The stay was great. The hotel had not received the notice from Hotels.com. I had trouble opening the app at check in and had to check in as a walk-in. I later found the reservation, and hopefully things will sort out.

Our stay at the Diamond Motel was what we expected. It was an older facility, in a small rural town. The beds and towels were clean, the heat and AC worked, and there was a microwave and fridge. The bathroom was dated but clean. It was all we needed for a short stay.

Loved the motel! So much better than big chain hotels. Very clean, matress was so comfortable and location was in a nice neighborhood instead of by the interstate noise. Owner showed us to our room and checked to make sure all was well. Would definately stay here again.

Owner very nice Remodeling halfway job Bed seemed lopsided- keep rolling into middle. Down comforter had a hole and feathers keep floating out into the room. Pillows were flat even doubled up. Few electrical outlets Bathroom totally sucked
