Well, I walked into my room...pulled back the cover of the bed and there was a bed bug lying in the middle of the bed... THAT did it for me.... I left immediately... The woman at the counter said I could not get my money back but I did not care. I was NOT going to stay there.

Holes in the wall and ceiling, poorly working lock. Dirty upholstery, bad mattress. Outer door unlocked. Room marked nonsmoking but still smelled like smoke. Price was unreasonable for such poor condition. Go elsewhere.

Dear Cathy, So sincerely apologetic about your experience. I think the whole that you're referring to is the whole that's in the bathroom door. The hotel is fully aware of that and has taken the measures to order a door to replace that door but it still hasn't come in. Also sincerely sorry about the door on the exterior building not locking. We've already put in order within a technician and just waiting for them to come back and tell us when they'll be available. I know these sound like excuses but they are the honest truth and so much is in our hands with shortages in the labor field right now. I'm really not sure why your room smelt like smoke since it is a non-smoking room. I looked into the complaint log and did not see that you had mentioned any of these complaints to the front desk. Upon your stay had you then we would have tried our level hardest best to make your stay better. Once again I can only apologize for the inconveniences that were caused. Thank you for bringing your concerns to the table so we can make sure that we can better ourselves for other guests.

We are so sorry to hear that your experience was not pleasant. We are actually going to be doing a major remodel starting February 2020. Maybe you can give us a try after May 2020 and we would meet your expectations better. Breakfast is served 6am to 9am. Our coffee machine is not working which I sincerely apologise for. We have put in a mantaince request and are waiting for someone to repair it. So sorry because I know I can't get going without my coffee. In the meantime time we are encouraging guest to use their in room coffee maker and of course we always have extra coffee . Thank you for the feedback

DO NOT STAY HERE
Please do not advertise that you have a pool and hot tub if you do not have them up and running! The pool was empty, and the hot tub was not accessible due to the room being used for storage. This was a non-smoking establishment, yet it smells of cigarettes and marijuana upon walking up the stairs. It was NOT clean. There was food behind the table, trash on the bathroom floor, and soneone's shirt under the chair!!

I needed to cancel my reservation due to the inclement weather which threw off my road trip schedule. Expedia said they couldn’t do anything and sent me to the hotel. Whoever was on shift last night (5/24) rudely told me that only Expedia could cancel the reservation and hung up! Needless to say I am unsatisfied with my experience.

The room door handle was not working properly. Paint peeling on the ceiling. The tub/shower had not been cleaned from previous user-there was soap left on ledge. Huge leak stain on the ceiling in the shower. Breakfast was mediocre.

It was a nice property, good location and good price. The lobby is closed in the evening and doesn't open up until after 7 am and if you leave before that, there is no breakfast as promised and no lobby access for anything.

Squalid. Peeling paint, filthy bathroom (there were pubic hairs in the tub), non-responsive front desk. The bed was hard as a rock, and insufficient bedding was provided. There was supposed to be breakfast provided, but they claimed a problem with their equipment prevented them from serving it. But they didn't notify me of that when I checked in, so it was a surprise in the morning to have to go to a convenience store to get anything to eat. On the other hand, I'm not sure I would have trusted any food there. The only positive thing was that there were no insects to be seen. Probably they don't want to be there, either.

Horrible hotel! Couldn’t talk to anyone after we checked in. All the doors were locked so we had no access to the front desk. Our phone was broke in our room so we couldn’t call down to the front desk. They said they had a Continental breakfast from 6am-9am but when we went to go to eat and talk to the front desk all the doors were still locked and no one was inside let alone getting breakfast ready when it was 7:15am. We rang the door bell, knocked on the door loudly, called the number they had listed and nothing from anyone! I booked a smoking room yet when we got there it was booked as non smoking so she fixed it. When we got to the room there was no ash tray. Went back down to the front desk immediately after putting our stuff in our room and the lady working couldn’t even find us bowls or spoons. She ended up giving me 3 styrofoam plates and a plastic fork.

I arrived late and the parking lot was dimly lit and felt unsafe. The room was very rundown. Found mold in a picture frame, and it looked like they had painted over mold on the walls. Shower was gross and towel felt like sandpaper. Breakfast was a joke and I was afraid to eat any of it. I would not recommend this to anyone and feel like it was overpriced for the condition of the room.

Was told at check in that they didn't have any Kings Sized beds. Told the woman that I booked for 2 Rooms both with Kings. She gave us 1 room with a King and the other room with 2 Doubles. :( . The room with the King bathroom was in need of maintenance. Shower dripped, no pressure in shower head and horrible caulking job around sink.

breakfast is one of the most important things to me at a motel and this one failed. one morning there was no breakfast at all. one morning there was no fruit. get a waffle iron and a few other breakfast items besides a couple slices of white bread. the room was clean and reasonably priced.

Stayed here twice now at this motel. The first time had a bathroom light/fan out, which honestly wasn’t that bad. Also had a hole punched through the flimsy wooden bathroom door. The second time I stayed there, just a week later, there were different problems. Upon entering my room I turned on the heater to 72 degrees, and within a minute the smoke detector was ringing and the room began to smell like smoke. I told the front desk, and they said that it was because the heaters haven’t been turned on in a while. They said “sorry” and recommended that I open the window. With a smokey room... just wasn’t a great experience.
