The bed was broken , there was one small towel between two people. There were no curtains up at the second bedroom window. Second bedroom was locked on arrival. Locksmith arrived and left a hole in the door. Communication appeared to be via AI and kept apologising but doing nothing. Telephoning was no better. ##### Eleanor Stayed 14 nights in Nov 2025
