Close to old trafford stadium, shops and resturants. Room was poor for a 4 star hotel. Lumpy bed, leaking bathroom, holes in the couch, out dated rooms. Could do with some tlc and redecorating.

Carpark is nice and next to the hotel lobby. Easy to find. Traffic condition during my stay is light.

This is a 2* hotel. It may be on the list for renovation but until then, calling it a 4* is false advertising. The rooms are beyond shabby, they are boiling hot even if you leave the windows open to the very busy road noise. The shower was fixed and pulsating constantly, I don't want a back massage when washing my face. The biggest problem was sockets. There was one right behind the leg to the desk. And another next to the tv for the kettle. Plugging the fan and my phone charger in over night at a decent distance to the bed was a problem. There are redeeming features. The bed was perfectly comfortable if not mind blowing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was able to check in slightly early and whilst I was initially given a disabled room by mistake, the problem was quickly rectified with profuse apology. I was also provided with a floor fan to help with the heat issue and when i struggled with turning off the shower on the second day, housekeeping were extremely prompt and super friendly coming to help. Parking was easy and free. In all, it wasn't a horrendous experience but for a similar price, I wish I'd tried the 3* Ibis over the road, I'd shunned it in favour of this 4* but think that was likely a mistake.
