Hi we're happy that you liked to stay in historical centerSince we're a bed and breakfast (not an hotel) the sheets were changed every three days, so the price of a room in a bed and breakfast is lower than staying in a hotel.I'm sorry if the staff didn't put new towels on just the last day. When you wrote us was about 11 pm so in the early morning out of the door of your room there was new towels and we wrote you on whatsapp to tell it.You requested more soap and you had had more soap, i don't know where is the problem. We will check as soon as possible the bed if there is something to improve but nowadays nobody has wrote nothing to us about it, thank you for your report.The keys you had are keys of building, keys of the apartment, keys of your room. Normal things.

I'm sorry that you are not happy. I noticed that there are almost certainly some misunderstandings. I reply point to point 1 we are in Salerno center 2 minutes by walk from cathedral and 5 minutes by walk from long beach, restaurant, pub, bar, burger shop, ecc so the 20 minutes you have spent on foot are the time to get to the center of city. To get to the structure from train station you can go by walk 20 minutes or by taxi 5 minutes or you can take a bus from train station to via roma (5 minutes) and other 5 minutes by walk from via roma to the structure. As you see walking was not the only option. 2 on long beach there is the first beach as santa teresa beach 5 minutes by walk from the structure. If you want go to amalfi coast or other beach you can take ferry or bus. 3 the picture you are talking is the photo of room deluxe. You have done a reservation of room superior other type of room. Hi Jennifer i'm sorry I understand your grievances, I would like you to reflect on some aspects 1) From train station to b&b are 20-25 minutes by walk and it's true, but it's not the only way to reach us. You could take a bus to via roma and then just only 5 minutes on foot. Or if you wanted the maximum comfort 5 minutes by taxi and you were in the structure. 2) certainly it is not our fault if the day was hot, you could write also that you found 4 bottles of water in the room and we gave them to you free. 3) being historical buildings almost no one has the boiler, it seems absurd that for only 2 people not enough 50 liters of hot water with the bathroom heater. 4) no one has ever complained about the distance from the port because our position is located in the historic center (and you know before booking) and is geolocated. 5) A question arises spontaneously. If you have not stayed at our structure because you have written to have also booked in another b & b, how can you say that cereals were not good? we are perplexed. To be specified: we opened the doors at 9.30 a.m only for you and this is the treatment received. Thank you :)

We are happy that you have had a nice stay experience :) We apologize if the policies for the beds were not clear. We assume that if a double room is booked, a double bed is expected. Generally we use the bunk bed for the third and fourth guests with a small fee. I hope you like clarification

Salve mi fa piacere che avete trovato il posto molto carino e che lo staff è molto disponibile. Siccome il palazzo è storico (ha più di 1000 anni) all'epoca le scale le realizzavano senza corrimano, tuttavia ospitiamo regolarmente coppie, amici, famiglie e lo stato delle scale è molto soggettivo. La finestra c'è, certo non è grandissima ma rende agevole il passaggio dell'aria. Un abbraccio

Grazie per averci preferito :) Capisco che ad oggi siamo abituati alle case ed agli edifici moderni, tuttavia una delle caratteristiche più belle della nostra struttura è che si trova in un palazzo storico del 700 nel centro storico di Salerno a pochi passi dal Duomo, all'interno delle Luci D'Artista ed a pochi km dalla Costiera Amalfitana. Per pochi giorni si può vivere un'atmosfera diversa e tornare indietro nel tempo.
