Great hotel. Pool area really nice. 10 minutes drive to nearby towns with restaurants if you want to get out but you're in the middle of a few so lots of options

Enjoyable stay in southern italy
This is a very nice hotel and exceptionally clean. Staff were very friendly and managers speak English .

This hotel is predominantly a wedding venue. We were staying for 3 nights and saw three weddings. The room was clean but basic. We had planned to sightsee in the morning and have a rest by the pool in the afternoon. However There was no water in the pool and no sun loungers to sit on , when we asked about this the receptionist said they were painting the pool, but no one had warned us about this,and there was no apology. The only other place to sit was a central courtyard but on one of the days this was being used for a wedding. While the photos of the hotel look amazing this was not the reality. The breakfast buffet was poor with not much choice.

Great pool
We stayed for 3 nights when visiting Puglia. It was in a good location, convenient for lots of other towns and villages for days out and dinners. We spent most of our time by the pool which is excellent. Really quiet and nice views over the golf course. Rooms were spacious and everything was extremely clean and well maintained. The only downside to the hotel was that it seemed to be a bit of wedding factory. In the 4 days we were there in September there was a wedding every day from 1pm. Although it didn't get in the way of what we wanted to do, it was a bit strange to be wandering through wedding guests when leaving the pool and we felt a bit in the way.

I do not recommend this place.
The hotel does not have porters or greeting staff. The mood of the staff is negative and they were rude with our kids. The shower sprayed the whole room and the TV was only Italian programming.

I arrived at the hotel went to my room & AC wasn't working properly. I was going out so I advised the front desk. Two hours later I returned went to my room stl not fixed. I told the front desk again. I went to pool. I went back to ny room & agsin it was not fixed. Also every time I called no one answered. That night I went to the restaurant & it was empty. I went to bar no bartender. It turned out the front desk associate was bartender, order taken. & waiter. Weird

La struttura è molto bella e molto ben tenuta. La pulizia è evidente sia negli spazi comuni che nelle camere. In bagno manca un kit di cortesia ma è un peccato veniale. La colazione è abbastanza scarna e, pur non essendo molto varia, offre prodotti di qualità; le torte e le crostate sono chiaramente sfornate in loco. La piscina, nonostante non sia molto grande, è bella e ben tenuta. Prezzo un po’ alto.

Cadre de l’hôtel magnifique près de Torre Guaceto, un très beau lieu pour les réceptions, la piscine et les palmiers éclairés la nuit donnent beaucoup de charme. En revanche, service déplorable. Un accueil expédié à l’arrivée avec presque aucune information, il faut tout demander (même le code wifi), chambre peu équipée. Pour le petit déjeuné, comptez 20min en plus car vous n’avez pas accès direct au buffet et devez faire la queue pour qu’un serveur vous donne ce que vous choisissez à distance.

Elegante masseria nella campagna brindisina
Abbiamo piacevolmente usufruito del servizio navetta per la spiaggia di Penna Grossa nella Riserva naturale di Torre Guaceto (assolutamente da non perdere) a 5 minuti di strada. Sono stati molto gentili a concederci di usufruire della camera fino al tardo pomeriggio (il volo di rientro era la sera tardi). Personale al Ricevimento e al Ristorante: alcuni molto gentili e disponibili a dare informazioni, altri un po' meno. Spesso, dal primo pomeriggio alla sera tardi, la Masseria ospita "eventi": nel nostro caso in tre giorni, tre matrimoni. Un po' di rumore e qualche problema ad usufruire della piscina, visto che vengono preparati i tavoli per il rinfresco finale e vieni tacitamente, molto gentilmente, "portato" ad andartene. Se non si vuole usufruire del Ristorante dell'albergo, è necessario avere un'auto propria perché i paesi più vicini non sono diversamente raggiungibili.

Allgemein: gute Lage und ansprechendes Ambiente. Service: unterschiedlich, meist freundlich. Im Einzelfall fehlt freilich die Empathie für das eigene Tun und die Urlaubsgäste, v.a. dann, wenn sich die gesamte Konzentration auf die häufigen zusätzlichen Events richtet. Hauptproblem für Urlaubsgäste, die Ruhe suchen, ist der offenkundige Vorrang zusätzlicher Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten (während 6 Tagen Aufenthalt 4 mal !!), die für "normale" Urlaubsgäste Einschränkungen, Unruhe, Lärm und leider in einem Fall auch erhebliche Störungen der Nachtruhe mit sich brachten. Diese Kritik wurde auch an der Rezeption vorgebracht. Mehr Schein als Sein: Der Schein der üppig illuminierten Palmen im Garten erstrahlte die ganze Nacht, die Beleuchtungen brannten aber auch tagsüber - gleichzeitig wird in den im Zimmer aufliegenden Unterlagen im Hinblick auf unsere Umwelt zu maßvoller Verwendung der Seife aufgefordert.

hotel coincé entre une voie de chemin de fer et une route trés passante ,cet hôtel est spécialisé dans l'organisation de mariages et pas réservé aux touristes ,accés piscine pas autorisé lors des mariages .

Le personnel est très affable .les problèmes techniques sont vite règlés mais pas de balcon dans notre chambre alors que chambre luxe( non précisé par expédia)trains à proximité très fréquents ,proximité des voitures bruyante,mariages très fréquents empêchant la fréquentation de la piscine.La restauration prise le soir car arrivée tardive décevante et chère .Bon petit déjeuner .De plus expédia n'a pas précisé du tout que les bagages en soute étaient payants à l'aller mais gratuits au retour!!! D'où surcoût de 35€ pour nous qui n'avions pris qu'un bagage mais 70€ pour un couple d'amis avec 2 bagages!!!!

Värdelöst wi-fi på rummet. Hårda sängar. Hotellet anordnade festligheter samtliga kvällar med hög musik och fyrverkerier sent in på natten. Mycket lyhörda rum. Frukosten var okej. Hotellets område med pool och golfbana var mycket fint. Fräscha rum.

Il giusto compromesso a tutto
Accoglienza ed ospitalità impeccabili. La camera è stata riordinata dagli adepti anche durante la giornata nei momenti in cui eri fuori senza che quindi ti accorgessi di nulla. La colazione potrebbe più ampia nella scelta e le camere maggiormente insonorizzate. In generale sono molto soddisfatto.

Soggiorno al Masseria Caselli
Eccellente soggiorno effettuato in agosto 2015. Punto strategico per visitare le bellezze intorno (Alberobello, Ostuni, Lecce, Carovigno, etc..). Assolutamente da consigliare per la qualità del servizio offerto e per la tranquillità che, nonostante il periodo, abbiamo assaporato.

La struttura è nuova e ben curata. Camera e bagno sono spaziosi, buon materasso. Molto bella la zona piscina. Il servizio è nella norma. Buon buffet per la colazione. La presenza degli ospiti dei molteplici ricevimenti è accettabile.

Wunderschöne Masseria (früher Gutshof) mit Pool
Wir waren Mitte September für 10 Tage dort. Mit sehr wenigen anderen Gäste. Manchmal waren wir nur 6 Personen beim Frühstück. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet und reichhaltig. Wir hatten nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Trotzdem sollte man dort auch mal zu Abend essen. War auch einmalig!
