"Internet worked sometimes day of checking out cut off before checkout time. No cable or satellite t.v. had only water to refill ridge barking dog all night and day. Just was not properly prepared to open, elevators did not work. Food ok"

"My family and I had a great time here. It is much smaller than I’m used to but the kindness and smiles from everyone who worked there certainly made up for that. The service staff went above and beyond everyday and always had a smile to give. The food was great and we enjoyed sampling some Jamaican food. The jerk chicken and hand breaded onion rings were enjoyed daily by us. We would certainly return if we come back to Runaway Bay in the future! "

Surrounded by lush greenery and the soothing sounds of birds, it felt like a private tropical paradise. The pool was spotless and inviting perfect for cooling off during the day or relaxing in the evening. Everywhere you turned, there was a sense of peace and calm. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel at ease.At night, Mr. Campbell, the security guard, was always nearby. His quiet presence gave us a real sense of safety and comfort. We also had the pleasure of spending time with Chris, Marlon, and Rass each of them brought something special to our stay and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves.This trip was one to remember, and it was all thanks to the amazing people and this beautiful property.
