All on the Second Floor: Open plan living space. Living area: Freeview TV, DVD Player, French Doors Leading To Juliet Balcony Dining area. Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Ceramic Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Dishwasher Bedroom: Zip And Link Double Bed (2 x Singles On Request), French Doors Leading To Juliet Balcony Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Central heating, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Telephone (honesty box). Grounds (shared with other properties on-site). Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is a low wall of 60cm between the river and the grounds, therefore children must be supervised by an adult at all times. There is no access to Flat 26 using the lift.. "The Salcombe" (formerly the Salcombe Hotel) is situated in the centre of town with about 350ft. of estuary frontage. This development of apartments has various communal facilities for guests including: gardens and outdoor heated swimming pool (Spring Bank Holiday to end September.
