Very old and outdated. Turned the heat and light on, went to grab a coffee at 6 am and came back 20 min later to find staff came in and turned off heat and light.

Waterside location
Setting is lovely and peaceful. Room is fully functional with a fridge and good shower facility. Bed was a bit hard and pillows were thin and hard, but everything else was very nice. We spent most of our time here at the waterside.

The riverside yard is beautiful, peaceful, restorative. The room was fine, but the yard was wondrous.

The only good thing about this motel is the location. Very over priced for what we ended up with. Rooms are dirty and a disgrace. Carpets had cigarette burns all over them and were a tripping hazard as they had obviously stretched over time and large ripples in them. Shower curtain had mold. Jetted tub was just a giant sink-no real depth to it. Taps on the tub were corroded. Light fixtures were rusted. Room had a very bad smell. Instructions for the tub were faded. Fixtures for the tub were not installed properly. Room was very dark. We were woken up each morning between 7 am and 7:30 am by the load banging of the roofers they had doing repairs. Shower fixtures was broken. Expedia needs to remove this motel as an option for it's customers. I have never encountered a worse room in all the hotels I have ever stayed in. We will never again stay there and I now have to question the options advertised on Expedia.

I should have reviewed the prior reviews. No wonder the Motel has a No Refund policy. It was like staying at a run down place out of the 1950’s. The pictures on the website’s must be over 20 years ago. I would have preferred to sleep in my vehicle.

The location is priceless, check-in and communication were seamless and nice Although I don't speak French. The speed limit on the road outside is a bit steep and people tend to tailgate do be extra cautious
