This spacious and comfortable house features a large, bright living room with a cozy dining area, as well as a sunny terrace ideal for outdoor dining. The fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, oven, etc.) will allow you to prepare your meals with ease.  
  
The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with a bunk bed and a single bed, perfect for a family or a group of friends. You will also find a modern shower room with toilet and a separate toilet for added convenience.  
  
The wooded park surrounding the villa is a true haven of peace where you can enjoy the outdoors and relax.
