With a magnificent sea view, this apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator can accommodate 4 people. It is located in the city center, immediately close to the beach, the sea, shops, and very close to the port and summer entertainment. It consists of a beautiful air-conditioned living room with a convertible sofa opening onto a large terrace, a bedroom with a sea view, a shower room with a toilet, and a separate kitchen. 2 TVs. The terrace is approximately 11 m², sheltered by an awning. Collective parking. A very pleasant and well-equipped apartment. Small pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is granted and if they are well-behaved and clean. Bed linen is optional (number of people to be specified). The final cleaning is extra at a price of €50\. The security deposit upon arrival is €700\. Tourist taxes are extra (amount varies depending on the duration, the rental price, and the number of people over 18 occupying the accommodation). Charges are included. The deposit is 25%.
