Parking nearby was fine.

We were so impressed with the rooms and amenities. All rooms were very large, clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was very nice. The location to old Quebec City was fantastic, close to many restaurants, the street with the umbrellas and waterfront, where you could catch a cruise or just stroll and enjoy the serenity. We will definitely be back. Parking was close by and check in was very easy.

The room is spacious, comfortable and well designed. The space and furnishings look brand new. The bathroom is quite large. Towels, drink wares, dishes were more than sufficient. Hotel staff are great on responding emails and phone.
Our room faces the main street and the street lights can be glaring. The window curtains are sheer but the thick curtains that divide the beds shut out light completely. The street becomes very quiet after 6pm and can feel desolate. There are shops, restaurants and a large grocery store a couple of blocks away from the main street.
Things we would have like to have:
- a couple more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or a clothing rack.
- an exhaust fan in the bathroom
- a baking pan to warm up breads
- basic condiments like salt, pepper and sugar.
We enjoyed our visit. 😀

Hotels.com was not even able to receive a response from the hotel... very very bad experience... Breakfast had almost nothing left and no one checking to refill it... The breakfast room ..."
