Beautiful villa offering a stunning sea view ideally situated in the city of Sainte Anne  
Composition: kitchen, 4x bedroom, 4x bathroom, WC, living room  
Amenities: cable tv, iron & ironing board, bed linen & towels, washing machine, 2x dishwasher, terrace, private parking, free cot in the apartment, safe deposit, private pool, no parties, private entrance, satellite tv, air conditioning, 4x shower, 4x toilet, 4x double bed, oven, microwave, toaster, fridge / freezer, coffee maker, hot plates, big screen tv, double sofa.  
The fourth bedroom is in a separate bungalow.  
The villa is at 2 kms from the beach and 2,5 kms from all the shops and restaurants of the city center.  
Guarantee deposit of 2500 euros to be left upon arrival (given back the last day), cleaning fees of 180 euros to be paid upon arrival, and a tourist tax of 2,30 € per adult per night (except for airbnb bookings which include them in the quote) to be paid at the booking.
