This charming lakefront cottage boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, providing comfortable accommodation for your group. With 3.5 bathrooms, you'll have convenience and privacy. The living/TV room are perfect for a group to sink into a comfy down-feather sofa to watch movies and relax. Enjoy a fireside rest while enjoying the view of the lake.

The highlight is the lakefront access, perfect for swimming, fishing, etc in the summer, and ice skating, hockey, ice fishing, cross-country skiing and snow-shoeing in the winter. For outdoor enthusiasts, the cottage offers easy access (8 min drive) to a nearby ski hill, Sommet (Saint-Sauveur/Avila) and other beautiful hiking trails, ensuring year round excitement.
