On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 160x200, 1 shower room with WC. On the 2nd floor: 1 bedroom equipped with 6 beds 90x190 with 1 crossing beam at 1.40m height. Baby equipment: bed, bathtub and high chair. Internet with Fiber, hotel wifi. Outside: 12m² terrace with plancha and garden furniture. Parking on site. Greenway, museums, theater, cinema and CNDBI nearby. Independent house, located at the entrance of an 18th century property, near other houses. Reception room for events and owners' house on the estate. The cottage is never rented at the same time as ceremonies, rentals from Monday to Thursday from May to the end of September.
