First floor: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), and a bathroom with toilet. Second floor: one bedroom with six single beds (90x190cm) and a beam at a height of 1.40m. Baby equipment: cot, bathtub, and high chair. Fiber optic internet and hotel-quality Wi-Fi. Outside: a 12m² terrace with a griddle and garden furniture. On-site parking. Located near a greenway (close to the Scandibérique and Flow Vélo cycling routes), museums, a theater, a cinema, and the CNDBI (National Center for Biological and Cultural Heritage) are all within easy reach. This detached house is situated at the entrance to an 18th-century estate, near other houses. A reception room for events and the owners' house are also located on the property. The cottage is never rented concurrently with ceremonies; rentals are from Monday to Thursday, from May to the end of September.
