Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 50 m² house for rent in Saint-Yan, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a shared garden of around 1,000 m².  
  
The accommodation is as follows:  
Ground floor:  
\- 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed and dining area  
\- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.  
\- Separate WC  
  
First floor:  
\- Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds  
\- Bedroom 2: with 2 single beds  
\- Bathroom with shower and WC  
  
Outside:  
\- A 15 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather  
\- A lovely 1,000 m² shared garden with fencing  
  
The house is ideally located in Saint-Yan, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in front of the house.  
  
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:  
\- Nearest train station: Paray-le-Monial, about 10 km away  
\- Nearest airport: Lyon, about 160 km away
