The free shuttle bus to the ski slopes stops just a hundred metres from the residence. Flat facilities: This flat is warmly decorated, well cared for and equipped to a high standard. On the residence's ground floor: two parking spaces in a private garage, an additional space outside, and a ski locker with boot dryer. The duplex flat comprises a large entrance hall leading to three bedrooms, a shower room and a separate WC. The first bedroom has a 160 cm bed and opens onto a private south-facing terrace with views of the village and the Aiguilles d'Arves. The second bedroom, facing south, also has a 160 cm bed. The third bedroom is a children's paradise: a dormitory with 2 bunk beds (the high bed is not suitable for children under 6). A shower room with washing machine and separate WC complete this level. On the upper floor, a staircase opens onto a vast, light-filled living room under a roof frame. The living area features a cosy sitting area with TV, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. On this level there is a third double bedroom under the roof (160 cm bed) and a second shower room with WC. The end-of-stay cleaning service is included, as is the hire of bed linen and towels. Our plus? Your beds are made on arrival! NO PETS ALLOWED.NON-SMOKING FLAT. WIFI. If you book with Altitude 1750, your lift passes booked through the agency will be delivered directly to your flat on the day of your arrival.
