Concernant la cuisine, retrouver les plats authentiques avec une saveur que nous retrouvons que très rarement et à savoir qu'ils sont preparés qu'avec les producteurs des alentours. "Wem Ökologie am Herzen liegt, wer sich gerne bewusst ernährt und einen freundlichen, hilfsbereiten Umgang schätzt, ist im La Rub genau richtig. Der Aussenbereich am Flüsschen ist bezaubernd. Ein toller Ort, das Abendessen einzunehmen. Nicht nur ich, sondern auch mein Hund haben sich sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Aktuell wird renoviert, deswegen ist es ab und zu etwas laut. Mit all den Optimierungen wird der Ort sicher noch schöner als er bereits ist."
