Villa St Raphael at Anthéor Plage Estate offers breathtaking views of the Estérel massif and is just a three-minute drive from Anthéor beach. The main living area is located on the second floor and consists of a well-equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine and Sodastream machine, a comfortable living room and a dining area. There is a self-contained studio on the first floor with a mezzanine bedroom. Most of the bedrooms are located on the second floor of the property. Outside, several terraces offer sun loungers, deck chairs and a 10 x 4 m pool as well as a Weber barbecue. The fenced plot offers access to the surrounding hiking trails. Particularly noteworthy are the fascinating views of the Estérel massif, the bay of Agay and the bay of Cannes. The house is located in the domain of Anthéor, in a quiet residential area. It is located at the foot of the hill and offers a view of the Estérel massif, the bay of Agay and the bay of Cannes. Stores can be found in Agay, 5 km away.
