La maison est très bien entretenue et bien équipé. Un accueil sympa par Mme Martin et deux semaine très reposant dans un endroit très calme et hors de toutes nuisances, situé dans les colline au dessus de Saint Raphael, mais pas loin des facilités et de la ville (il faut quand même avoir une voiture à dispo).
