It comprises an attractive 25 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom (with bath), a shower room (with shower) and a 200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with TV, fireplace (first flambé offered), sofas and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- An office with a dedicated workspace
- A relaxation area with table football
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- A bathroom (with bath) and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Saint-Quentin-la-Motte-Croix-au-Bailly, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
