It has all modern comforts, including free wifi, bedding of good quality 5 bedrooms with 5 queensize beds and 1 double bed) 5 bathrooms and 6 toilets for the comfort of families and friends, beautiful decoration of contemporary and warm type, fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, laundry area with washing machine and dryer, 2 large flat screen TV, free wifi and free parkings. Book safely: complete cleaning between each stay, using a disinfection protocol. Un beau petit port sur la côté sauvage avec d’excellents restaurants et crêperie à 5 min en voiture. L’accueil des propriétaires est un plus. Für unsere große Familie ist die Villa Escale perfekt eingerichtet. Obwohl an der Hauptstraße gelegen, ist die Lage ruhig wegen der langen Zufahrt. Der kleine Strand an der Baie ist 5 Minuten entfernt. Ideal zum Schwimmen. Nachteil: Hunde nicht zugelassen. Vor 10 h aber kein Problem. Den offenen Atlantik erreicht man in 20 Minuten zu Fuß, (Umweg wegen der Bahnlinie) Trotz Hochsaison viel Platz am Strand. Quibéron selbst ist Massentourismus im Juli/August. Die Besitzerin Caroline ist sehr, sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Haus mit Garten wunderbar. Im Juni oder September 5 Sterne. ##### Ernst D. Wonderful location, with garden, amidst old trees, quiet, a few steps from the beach on the calm eastern side of the Quiberon peninsula (and a few more steps from the Côte sauvage). Private access to the house. Big kitchen and living room, very well equipped kitchen. And: Very nice and uncomplicated owners / administrators! Not much to improve. Just one comment: Two of the four sleeping rooms are small, one of them (on the basement floor) with just little day light. This one is perhaps rather for children who might need less space in sleeping room. Very tasteful, very quiet and in good location. The beautiful beach is just around the corner. The kitchen is well equipped . Nice terraces on both sides of the house! ##### Marion M.
