This island is Reunion. Coconut trees and beaches, there, of course. The turquoise water of the lagoon, the white hem of the reef are the appointment of exotic dreams. But they are only a small part of what offers the island of travelers looking for unique, encounters, emotions and sensations. Here, nature has bequeathed an extraordinary wealth of landscapes. Ideally located between sea and mountain, in the south of the island, single storey of 55m2 fully furnished on the ground floor of our main house, with covered terrace opening directly on the pool, the beaches of the Indian Ocean 20 minutes , the Volcano, the Piton des Neiges, the Langevin waterfall, hiking departures 30 minutes. La piscine était chauffée et très agréable. Si les hôtes passaient parfois sur le côté de la piscine (pour par exemple allumer / éteindre le chauffage de la piscine), nous ne nous sommes pas sentis observés et savons que si nous avions réclamé plus d'intimité cela n'aurait pas été un problème. Nos hôtes ont d'ailleurs été très accueillants, et c'est une des choses qui nous as plu pendant ce voyage : nous avons pu avoir un réel contact humain, du partage et des histoire à nous raconter entre nous. Outre les hôtes, le logement se trouve dans un coin assez reclus avec peu de voisins et de vis-à-vis. Certes, au premier abord, le lieu peut paraitre difficile d'accès, mais au final, c'est pour le mieux, car on se retrouve dans un endroit calme, plus frais que les villes sur la côte qui sont assez étoufantes, et avec une vue saisissante sur la mer et la montagne, avec la possibilité d'observer le coucher de soleil. Un point à préciser pour les futurs voyageurs : s'il y a bien deux espaces nuit avec deux lits confortables, les "chambres" ne sont pas séparées par des murs mais par des portes coulissantes, ce qui permet une intimité visuelle mais pas acoustique. Si pour nous, cela n'a pas été gênant, je pense que c'est un point à considérer lorsque l'on vient à deux couples par exemple. La cuisine était très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Globalement, je recomande vivement cette location! Stayed 13 nights in Nov 2019 ### 10/10 Excellent #### Jerome B. 24 Oct 2018 #### Séjour plaisant, tranquilité totale, propriétaire très synpathiques A 15min de St Pierre, logement très calme, confortable, à 600m d’altitude (nuits plus fraiches que sur le litoral, ce qui garantit de bonnes nuits !), vue sur l’Océan indien et sur les hauteurs. Sans oublier la jolie piscine ! Des propriétaires sympathiques, discrets et toujours didponibles en cas de besoin. Bref, un excellent point de chute pour un séjour heureux dans le sud de la Réunion. ##### Jerome B. Ils savent recevoir et faire apprécier La Réunion et les réunionnais. Ils font le maximum pour compenser les éventuels désagréments dûs aux conditions climatiques et savent écouter les suggestions qui leur sont faites pour améliorer l'intimité car la location est parfaite pour 2 personnes mais ne convient à 4 personnes qu'à la condition de très très bien se connaitre et se respecter. ##### Christiane V.
