A renovated former winery, ideal for a large family or two couples with children (sleeps 8). Located in a family-friendly hamlet, this fully equipped house with an enclosed terrace is 1 km from the sea, 2 km from La Cotinière, and 2.5 km from St-Pierre. It offers three bedrooms (one queen-size bed, two double beds, and one queen-size bed), one with an en-suite shower room on the ground floor, as well as two shower rooms. Spacious and bright, it guarantees comfort and a change of scenery for a rejuvenating stay.  
Housekeeping included. Linens are available for rental from the concierge.
