Une seule clé fournie, ce qui a compliqué certains déplacements. On regrette qu’il n’y ait pas d’extérieur dans ce logement (sombre l’après-midi) Enfin pas mal de petites réparations à faire sans attendre (vmc, barre de douche,…) Interlocuteur difficile à joindre en cours de séjour ##### Claire J. Resto, pharmacie, pompiers, boulangerie, petits et grands commerce locaux, etc.. Attention pas de parking pour la voiture! Et avec la proximité de deux restos célèbre et la plage le mot galère pour trouver à se garer n'est même pas à la hauteur! Mais l'agencement du studio est quelque peu approximatif! Anciennes chambres d'hôtel reconverties en studio pas très bien pensés ! De plus VMC HS! Pas de porte (un rideau accordéon en plastique d'armoire) pour séparer le sanitaire et la chambre/cuisine qui se touche! Bonjour l'intimité ! Pas de fenêtre ni dans la pièce principale ni dans la salle d'eau! Donc bonjour l'humidité au moment des douches (cf WMC!) et pas de luminosité. Le lit gigogne, dans la varande(ancienne terrasse transformée en salon et donc plus d'extérieur balcon! ) c'est quasiment un matelas parterre pas confortable du tout et des lattes de l'assise sont cassées, donc attention de ne pas passer à travers quand on s'assoit. Nous, on a réglé le problème personne dessus! Lunette des wc en bois par très hygiénique ! La pente de la douche n'est pas dans le bon sens et donc la partie "éclaboussures" se déverse dans la salle de bain! Se qui cumule l'effet sauna car tjs pas de WMC depuis le début du message! Et nous étions en période hivernale ! J'imagine l'été ! Ah oui, pensez à tout relaver à la 1ere utilisation (vaisselles, couvert,etc..) sauf si vous passez juste après nous tout est fait!lol le forfait ménage et peut-être a revoir si qd on arrive on reste coller au sol. Même si on est pas trop à cheval sur la propreté, il faut un minimum. La désinfection des surfaces comme indiquée, c'est sûr, elle n'est pas fait! Normal il n'y a plus le COVID ! En bref emplacement géographique nikel! Il faut: Fermer les yeux sur les inconvénients de la VMC. Aimer la promise cuitée. Vivre le plus possible dehors. Aimer partager ses conversations avec les voisins(murs très fin!) Et surtout surtout Profitez à fond de vos vacances car ça reste tout de même une destination féerique qui gomme (ou presque ) tout le reste ! ##### YVES T.
