Detached apartment inside a mountain villa, easily identified by the presence of the Italian Navy flag overlooking the SS 27 that runs through Saint Oyen. The accommodation is new and has recently been equipped with all amenities.  
  
A 10-minute drive away is the Aosta Arsanieres Golf Club, a nine-hole Mountain Golf Course whose breathtaking scenery will make your stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. My Dream guests are granted a 20 percent discount on the base rate! possibility of equipment rental at the Club House.  
  
In the authentic heart of the Gran San Bernardo Valley, the property welcomes you with modern and refined apartments, where the warmth of wood meets contemporary comforts. Each accommodation is fully equipped and features a private garden, ideal for relaxing in the tranquility of nature. Just 20 minutes from Aosta and close to the Swiss border, it is the perfect starting point to enjoy the mountains all year round. In summer, you can enjoy hiking, tennis, padel, golf, and more. For cycling enthusiasts, there is a Bike Station with professional products for bike maintenance. In winter, you can practice alpine and cross-country skiing, mountaineering, snowpark activities, ice skating, snowshoeing, and walks in snowy woods. Please note: we only accept small dogs (5-15 kg) and only upon prior request; otherwise, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

#### An unforgettable stay in Aosta!

Pros: Our experience was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, Elisa was incredibly attentive — she went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed and offered amazing recommendations for local food spots and activities. Her hospitality truly elevated our entire trip. The property itself is stunning. The views are absolutely breathtaking — every morning and evening felt like a postcard moment. And if you love to grill, you’re in for a treat: the BBQ setup is a griller’s paradise. We spent our evenings cooking outdoors and soaking in the scenery. Everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. You can tell they really care about their guests. This was more than just a stay — it felt like being welcomed by friends in a beautiful mountain retreat. Can’t recommend it enough. We’ll absolutely be back! Cons: Nothing!
