Good hotel
Very friendly service, good condition hotel, nice breakfast, but all slightly tarnished by the faint (and it was faint but it was there) sewage smell in the room

Great attention to detail, we had two dogs so they put a water bowl in the room for them, as well as a dog bed and some treats!

We were pleasantly surprised with how lovely this hotel was. The style and decor was gorgeous and the location was ideal to spend a pleasant morning before heading for the channel tunnel. The staff were all really helpful when needed. We will return. Thank you.

This hotel stood out because of the service, the front of house staff were all amazing, friendly, helpful and effective. It’s in a great location, quiet and within easy walking distance of the town. We were on a cycling weekend and there was an excellent secure cycle storage room.

Fantastic stay on our way down from Calais.
We stayed in Saint Omer after arriving in Calais earlier that day. We were so impressed with the staff and the room. Staff were friendly, helpful and patient when I attempted French (but luckily they spoke English perfectly). There was a very personal (especially the dog treats and little note) feel despite being a big chain. We would absolutely stay here again, thank you!

Fantastic and the staff went above expectations to get us settled in as we arrived late. They also found us a table in the very busy restaurant. Food and hospitality were great. What a great waiter with wine and gin recommendations.

Good accomodation for travelling back to uk
Good hotel for stop over to tunnel Staff were very friendly and helpful Parking is good but have to pay. Can park in square opposite for free Restaurant was excellent. Good food, although not cheap but cooked very well. Staff were very friendly and helpful Breakfast was expensive at £15 had lots to choose from but thought the price was on the high side They allow dogs which is excellent for us

Late night in St Omer.
Lovely to have a warm welcome when we arrived after a very difficult journey at 3am! The staff member on duty that night was very helpful, very impressed. Room was great and good value so very happy overall.

Good place to stay
Easy to find. Recently refurbished to a high standard. Loved the tv that we could cast onto from Prime/Disney+ (Although this took a bit of research to find out how to do it). Monsoon showers was nice. The only negative was that the bed was very hot (although comfortable)

The best hotel of St Omer ;)
Great place to stay in Saint Omer ! The staff is friendly and very helpful ;) The rooms are comfortable and the artwork's pretty nice. I didn't try the restaurant but at least the breakfast is huge ;) Highly advised !
