"Rooms were clean. Only complaints we had was we stayed in room 122 in the main building and could hear every conversation from outside the room due to a vent in the wall on the hallway side. Also the water pressure in the shower made it difficult for my wife to rinse her hair after shampooing."

"This was day 16 of a US road trip and this was BY FAR my favorite stay. 1 block away from Duval St. Free drink tickets. Great bed and pillows. Microwave, fridge. Everything was GREAT! Only downside was we went to bed at 10 and the nearby bar was still playing loud live music, however the loud AC unit drowned it out lol. Ice machine could use something to make it look cleaner/better, but still produced ice just fine. Breakfast was pretty much entirely bread/muffins/cereal/bagels. Parking was not free, which is also a bummer. But being so close to everything we wanted made up for it."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a beautiful & quiet location. Loved that it was adults only, so we could relax at the pool without being taken over by small children. Location is within walking distance to many bars, restaurants and shopping. They provided ample coffee, pool towels, fresh water and ice. The place was a spotless oasis."

"This was such a homey experience! My partner and I stayed in the Sun Room which had a cute garden view and a balcony with a roomy bathroom. All staff on property made the experience even better! Breakfast was delicious and the stay was so personalized should you need anything at all. I have celiac disease and was still able to eat some breakfast options and they went out and bought gluten free things for me to have too. Looking forward to visiting again!"

"Property is EXACTLY what you want and need for a stay in beautiful Key West. The pool is a relaxing oasis blocks away from Duval Street. I took 4 kids with me and we it was a perfect property for us. Owner and property manager were personable and truly interested when asking if there were things they could improve or if I needed anything."
