Shared terrace on the 1st floor and ground floor. Total floor area: 70 m² including attic areas. Washing machine and dryer in a shared room on the ground floor. Former school from the end of the 19th century renovated located in the heart of a small hamlet 3 km from St Michel de Maurienne. Very comfortable and spacious gîte. Warm character: under the roofs with exposed framework. Large shared terrace well exposed with a beautiful view of the valley. Ski Orelle link Val-Thorens 9km, Valmeinier link Valloire 10km, Valloire 15km.
