Relax in this haven of peace that combines elegance and serenity, nestled in the heart of Saint-Julien-en-Born. Set within a private, tree-lined 5-hectare park, this accommodation offers an exceptional setting just 10 minutes from the beaches of Contis.  
  
Designed for up to 6 guests, the sleeping area includes two suites and one double bedroom, each with its own bathroom, toilet, and dressing area. Upstairs, the double bedroom and one of the suites, both with twinable beds, offer flexible comfort. On the ground floor, a second double suite with a non-twinable bed enjoys a beautiful view of the park and has a private bathroom with a toilet.  
  
The bathing area features a bathroom upstairs with a bathtub, storage, and toilet, as well as two bathrooms on the ground floor, each equipped with an Italian-style shower, toilet, and towel rack.  
  
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and microwave. Additional amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, and a toaster. The dining area comfortably seats up to 8 guests, while the cozy living room invites relaxation with its television.  
  
Outdoor spaces offer a peaceful and green setting. Upstairs, a spacious 50 m² wooden terrace surrounded by trees provides a perfect retreat. On the ground floor, two large terraces offer different atmospheres: one facing the park, the other facing the village.  
  
The Les Maisons des Sœurs estate also features a SPA, a gym, and a game room, all set within the expansive 5-hectare park. These facilities are available on request and at an additional cost.  
  
Pets are welcome, and you will have exclusive access to the entire accommodation for a truly relaxing stay.
