### Le Domaine des Amours - Jacuzzi Privé

The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming studio apartment with shared swimming pool for rent in Saint-Josse. It has a surface area of 30 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, a mezzanine, a bathroom and a garden of approximately 300 m². Sheets and towels are included, so all you need to do is arrive!  
  
The accommodation is laid out as follows:  
\- A living room with a double sofa bed and dining area  
\- An open-plan kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.  
\- A bathroom with a shower and a balneotherapy area with a jacuzzi for 2 people, available all year round. The bathroom opens onto the living room  
\- A mezzanine sleeping area with a king-size bed (180×200)  
\- A separate toilet  
  
For even more comfort, the owners provide the following additional equipment: high chair, travel cot, fan, baby float.  
  
Outside:  
\- A shared, heated 15x5m swimming pool, open all year round 24 hours a day. Changing rooms, lockers and showers are available.  
\- A shared, enclosed 300m² garden with furniture to enjoy sunny days  
\- A 12m² terrace   
  
The accommodation is ideally located in Saint-Josse, in a very pleasant environment. You will have access to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.  
  
Transport :  
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the accommodation's private numbered parking space. Visitor parking is also available.  
  
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful:  
\- Nearest train station: Etaples station, 15 minutes away by car  
\- Nearest airport: Lille-Lesquin Airport, 1 hour 45 minutes away by car  
  
Other remarks:  
\- Breakfast is included on Friday and Saturday mornings only (delivered to your door at 8 a.m.).  
\- Bed linen and towels are included (2 large towels per person and 1 bathrobe for each adult only)  
\- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.  
\- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean condition and clean the appliances after use.  
\- Any request to arrive or depart outside the specified times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.  
\- Children must be supervised by a parent when swimming. Opening dates are not contractual and are subject to weather conditions.
