Chalet "L'herminette" with Garden & Terrace

Located in Saint-Jorioz, 8 km from Annecy, 2.7 km from the beach of the lake of Annecy and 10 km from the resort of Semnoz, the apartment of 43 m² is perfect for a quiet vacation, in couple. This cozy, non-smoking chalet is equipped with WIFI and includes a well-equipped living room/kitchen with dishwasher, 1 bedroom with TV and 1 bathroom. It can accommodate 2 people (a young child is accepted without extra cost if you bring his bedding). The accommodation is prepared for your arrival, bed linen and towels are provided and you also have a washing machine and ironing equipment. You have a private open terrace and you can enjoy the garden of your hosts (table under the trees during the hot summer days) a barbecue is available on request. A parking space is available on the property. Pets are not allowed. Heated in winter, no air conditioning.

Pros: Host was very friendly Cons: After being told there would be no one else at the chalet we was disappointed to be startled awake one morning by someone walking on the decking outside the bedroom window and then making there way in to the upstairs part of the chalet and banging around above our bedroom while we was still resting. These next things are not a criticism, but a couple of things that would have enhanced our stay would have been to have had a comfortable sofa to sit on of an evening after a long day., There was a long padded chair but it was not very comfortable for an evening relax. chalet was lacking in relaxing comfortable seating. The other thing would have been nice to have had the option of would have been to have a tv in the living room rather than just in the bedroom.

Dépaysement,soleil,nature,calme. Parking véhicule compliqué, manoeuvres, déconseillé pour autre que suv ( peut rentrer en marche arrière). Si berline, obligation de rentrer et sortir en marche avant ,d'ou manoeuvres .

Très bon accueil ! très bon logement ! Terrasse très agréable ! Idéalement situé, proche du Lac ! Top pour pratiquer les activités sportives aux alentours ! je recommande :-)
