"Bien située 20 mn à pieds de la plage de Quiberville station balnéaire familiale, maison bien équipée au niveau cuisine, très bonne literie excepté la chambre à deux lits. Déco style rustique, attention au fauteuil en fin de vie. Grand oubli sur l'annonce il y a des marches pour accéder au logement heureusement il y a des rampes. Jardin très bien entretenu. Pas de voisinage proche ou bruyant."

"The home is charming. Location is central to the village but situated in a quiet garden setting. All amenities are in good condition. My only disappointment was that the bedding/pillows needed replacing or a good cleaning. Would certainly rent the home again. "

"Maison spatieuse idéalement située à 4min à pied de la plage et 5 min des commerces du village. Les couchers de soleil à déguster depuis le jardin sont légendaires (Voir Photo) et les nuits très tranquilles. L'equipement est de qualité tant en électroménager comme mobiliaire.On a profité d'un excellent séjour et les quelques questions que l'on a pu avoir, ont été très reactivement repondues par Emilie et par le propríétaire.Dans "les Pénates" vous trouverez à coup sur du repos. "Zunächst muss ich sagen, dass der Vermieter sehr freundlich war.Leider waren wir hinsichtlich der Sauberkeit und der Ausstattung sehr enttäuscht. Wir erwarten wirklich nicht viel, aber eine gute Grundreinigung vorab eben schon. Schubladen, Geschirr etc. waren teils verschmutzt und/oder verstaubt. Überall im Haus - auch im Bett, der Waschmaschine und den Schränken - waren Hundehaare zu finden. (Man bezahlt für einen Hund wegen der Reinigung einen ordentlichen Aufschlag.)Das Bett war wahnsinnig...

Very good butcher, baker and small supermarket within 10 minutes walking distance. 20 minutes to the beautiful beach, which you can walk during ebb. Very nice warm english speaking hostess. "Wir waren positiv von dem Haus und dem Ort überrascht. Das Haus bietet alles, was "man" so benötigt und hat von der Küche und der Terrasse einen grandiosen Ausblick. Der Ort ist relativ entspannt und sehr schön. Strand sehr groß, aber "nur" Kieselsteine. Der Kontakt zur deutsch sprechenden Agentur war sehr gut. Wissen sollte man: - Das Haus liegt zwischen den beiden wichtigsten Straßen des Ortes. Man bekommt den Verkehr daher mit. Erst recht, wenn die Fenster auf sind. Im EG gibt es aber auch...

It is fantastically set up and the kitchen dinners is brilliant with every utensil and all the crockery you might wan with a very well equipped kitchen. The house is spacious so people can spread out and the garden and separate bbq area and table is great . All in all a lovely place to stay and do not hesitate in recommending"

"Schmales, sehr altes Häuschen über drei Etagen. Schönes Ambiente am Hafen in der Altstadt. Das pulsierende Leben ist direkt um die Ecke - gut erreichbar aber nicht störend. Wir waren mit den Rädern unterwegs und haben viel von der Stadt gesehen. So laute Möwen hatten wir noch nirgendwo!Das Doppelbett könnte einen Lattenrost vertragen, aber sonst waren wir super zufrieden ubd haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt"
