Good location and good communication.
It is definitely not a luxury place as the listing claims; it is far from being luxury. It’s a good place, but not luxury. The sheets are very cheap, the towels are very small, cheap toilet paper and there is no bath mat in the master bathroom shower, which leaves everything wet after showering.
One extremely rude thing was that we arrived at 3 PM after a six-hour drive with two elderly people and two babies; the person on the phone authorized us to leave our luggage in the apartment and return at 4 PM. She was adamant that we couldn’t check in an hour early, just leave the bags even though the room was ready. We entered the room, and no one came back there for anything. That was completely petty on her part.
