It had great amenities and was well stocked with everything a family will need. The communication with the host was excellent and she was very attentive and quick to respond to all questions. Amenities were great and it has the most well-equipped kitchen of any rental I've had! Only suggestion would be that the screen be replaced on the main level back porch and another chair or two on that porch. We loved sitting out there!!! This home is beautiful and was a great asset to our vacation. 91 year old Dad was able to use the elevator and golf carts were extra handy, especially with handicapped access availability on the beach. Check-in was easy, and the home is wonderful and accommodated all of our family! There was a slight issue with the dishwasher but the host addressed it promptly and to our satisfaction. This place was perfect. The home had been modified to allow wheelchair mobility. We spent mornings on the screen porch, days at the pool or beach, and evenings relaxing in the den. The elevator and golf carts with handicap decals allowed family to enjoy the beautiful beach at Fripp. My parents want to know the mattress company name for the bedding in the master bedroom on the first floor.
