### Studio for 4 at 300m from ski lifts with parking

Perfect for holidays with family or friends, we offer you in Saint Gervais this studio of 25 m² that can accommodate up to 4 people.  
The studio is located on the 2nd floor of a building 300m from the ski lift and 500m from the center of Saint-Gervais.  
It has an Eastern exposure with balcony.  
  
Please note : Winter equipment (snow tyres or chains/socks in the boot) is compulsory from 01/11 to 31/03 each year.  
  
The studio is composed of :  
  
\- A sleeping area at the entrance with bunk beds.  
\- A living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, television and dining area.  
\- An equipped kitchenette with 2 electric hobs, an oven, a fridge and a dishwasher.  
\- A bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.  
  
Additional equipment : common outdoor car park. No pets allowed.  
  
Additional services (optional, with additional cost, subject to reservation and subject to availability; for prices, contact us):  
  
\- Wifi box rental  
\- Linen rental: sheets, towels  
\- Rental of childcare equipment: high chair, cot
