Outside, enjoy a fully enclosed garden, perfect for children, equipped with garden furniture, a barbecue, and a parasol for your outdoor relaxation. Private parking is also available.  
  
Inside, the house features a fully equipped modern kitchen, a cozy dining room with an electric piano, and a comfortable living room with a television. A separate toilet and a first bedroom with a single bed (90 cm) are also located on the ground floor.  
  
Upstairs, you will find four more bedrooms:  
  
A second bedroom with two single beds (2 x 90 cm),  
A third bedroom with two single beds (2 x 90 cm),  
A fourth bedroom with a king-size bed (160 cm) and its en-suite bathroom,
