Nestled in the pine forest, a few minutes walk from the dune and the ocean, this typical Oléron house, comfortable and pleasant to live in, will welcome you to spend an unforgettable vacation with family or friends. You will be calm there, lulled by the sound of the waves, away from the crowds but very close to the markets and shops accessible by bike. Good holidays ! Déception in detail : Accommodation consisting of two single storey houses of 70 and 30m2 completed in May 2024 to offer you maximum comfort for 8 people. Ideally located in a quiet area, in the middle of the pine forest, 300 m from Chaucre beach and its 7 km of golden sand. Enclosed garden, terrace and bicycle parking (bicycle rental possible on request) and 2 cars to park. The house installation is not suitable for charging electric vehicles. The main house has an exceptional framework. It is made very bright thanks to the addition of two large electric skylights and several French windows. The living room has an equipped kitchen with central island and 8 bar stools - Fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine (capsules not provided), kettle, toaster, stone grill electric raclette, citrus press, etc. At the entrance, you have a coat rack and storage for shoes. WIFI in main house via Starlink satellite. Sockets are correctly distributed throughout the house. The corridor gives you access to bedrooms 1 and 2, each with a direct exit to the terrace via the French window. The two bedrooms (1 and 2) are equipped with 160x200 double beds \- Independent bathroom and toilet The secondary house is made up of a large bedroom equipped with a 140x200 double bed and two bunk beds.
