"Very much a bare-minimum place, but sometimes that's all you need to be in a remarkable little town.I would not have wanted to try to put 6 people in here (we were 3).Dreadful towels, out of soap, low on toilet paper - maybe better communication with the cleaner is needed?The experience of being in the heart of a place like this meant we didn't care all that much about the facilities being very poor, but please don't come here with expectations of conventional standards for a holiday rental....

"Logement spacieux et agréable mais avec beaucoup de dysfonctionnements sur les équipements : -cafetiere cassée-porte de four cassée -chaine hifi cassée -pas de wifi -logement indiqué pour 8 mais pas de draps, couettes et oreillers pour 8...-porte défectueuse -plancha très sale (à tel point que nous lui avons préféré les grillades à la poêle)Malgré ces difficultés, séjour agréable et interlocuteurs réactifs."

"Jose went above and beyond our requests and expectations. He recommended and booked some wonderful dining spots. In addition, this was a return trip to visit my Dad's days when he was stationed in Chateaureaux and Jose (without asking) personally escorted my daughter and me to the bases and hangouts once frequented by my Dad. Can't thank Jose enough. Btw, the White House is immaculate."
