Great stay thank you
This hotel was great, rooms a little small but on the whole it was a great choice fir our ski holiday, loved the ski in ski out. Locker room tight and lockers thin could fit our boots in but ok for skis and poles.

The property was extremely outdated. Attempts had been made to refresh the property but it is still in desperate need of a total renovation. It is billed as a 4 star property but is at best barely 3 star. A ski hotel - ski lockers I heated so need to keep ski boots I room. Location to slopes is the best thing about this hotel. Breaks at us good but appear under staffed so tables are slow to be cleared and reset. We ate dinner once and it was the poorest meal we had in the resort. Our room was on the 8th floor directly beneath the dining room. At night if slow to close we were kept awake by furniture being moved.

Great hotel, location and service.
Excellent location with easy access to slopes, lifts and good nearby cafes and restraunts. Room good size with great views and sufficient storage space. Hotel and room very hot so had to leave windows open as no individual room control. Service, staff, bar and restraunt very good. Nice sauna and steam room. All in all, exceeded our expectations.

Great ski in ski out hotel with fantastic views
We thought it was a great place to stay for ski convenience and great views. It was near local facilities like the local pool and supermarket and restaurants. Kettle and fridge in room. Free tea and coffee in the lounge. Helpful staff. Steam room and sauna were good. Plenty of public areas to sit plus a outside terrace. Looked as though they had good facilities for kids.

Good location but some disappointments
The hotel is in a good location, very close to the snow. The price was also reasonable. However, as a hotel with 4 star rating, there were a few disappointments. First, the room is small and basic. We had a twin room, but in order to separate the beds a bit, we had to move away the bedside tables. Also, in such a small room, a couch was redundant and took the otherwise needed space. Second, the ski room is small and has no drying facilities. Our ski boots were still very wet the second morning, and it was annoying to ski with wet feet. Only after we asked for a solution, they offered us electric boot warmers, which meant we had to carry the boots with us and dry it in the room. This should not be left for guests to find out on their own in a 4 star hotel. Breakfast is OK (€15), but if you don't need much, I recommend to go to the close by La Mie de Bruyeres Patisserie (out the main entrance, and up the little uphill road to the left).

Lovely Hotel & Good Value Resort
An excellent hotel in the largest ski area in the world. Avoid the crowds and £££ expense of other 3 Valleys Resorts and try Les Menuires with easy access to all other resorts. This hotel is probably the best in the resort, 4* good value and very comfortable. Wifi could be a little quicker in the rooms, but not bad for on a mountain.

Great hotel, but avoid the first floor.
We were on the first floor. It is exposed to the street so we had to have the curtains drawn most of the time. The WiFi was also very bad on the first floor. Otherwise, it is a great hotel for skiing.

Excellent location with very friendly staff,
We have stayed here three years on the run , the hotel is very family friendly and the staff are wonderful, nothing is a problem. The only issue are the rooms are a little tight and breakfast is expensive. Don’t let this put you off,good family hotel. Will book next year.

Not ski in ski out to val Thorens.....
Hotel website implies it is ski in ski out. Be forwarned it is not ski in ski out for all of the 3 Vallee Mountains - Val Thorens is less than a 20 minute drive - however parking is insanely expensive so front desk suggested taking the shuttle and then a bus. The shuttle leaves at 9 am - but the bus to get to the mountain doesn't leave for over 2 hours later so you don't get to the mountain until noon. Then the return bus is 6pm but the mountain closes at 4 - more time spent waiting in the bus station than on the hill. When this was reported to the front desk they said oh if you are a skier there is different schedule. How can a guest know there are 2 schedules one for pedestsrians and one for skiers - this is the hotel's job to make sure they are giving the correct info to their guests. The hotel should relook at the timing of their shuttle so it co-ordinates better with the bus schedule as well.

The hotel is in Les Menuires, not in Saint Martin as advertised on Expedia (on the hotel website it clearly says Les Menuires so I think this is a problem with Expedia not the hotel). Great location on the slopes. Comfortable room, cordial staff. Breakfast possibly a little steep at 15EUR/day

Excellent location and helpful and friendly staff
We stayed at this hotel for a week of skiing. It's in an excellent location, right at the bottom of the ski lifts. You can ski right back to the entrance of the hotel. It's also within 2 minutes of some lovely restaurants and the shops. Reception staff were very helpful. Downside is that the room cleaning was a bit sporadic. Sometimes towels will not be replaced, soap not refilled and cleaning took place very late in the evening sometimes after we got back from the slopes. The dining room check in was a bit over the top and formalistic. Three people standing around you asking for your room number isn't ideal and is a bit intimidating. Overall we had a good stay.

Lovely hotel, will return. Nice room, but could have done with a little more storage space. Staff were very friendly. Great relaxing atmosphere in the bar (we visit this bar of an evening even when not at this hotel). We were surprised that considering 4 star and a ski destination that the ski storage didn't incorporate ski boot hanging and drying facilities. On the whole, lovely place, with 2 small things for improvement.

Great ski hotel
Great hotel with walk-up access to the Les Bruyeres area of Les Menuires, with the TC Bruyeres gondola taking you up to Les 3 Vallees. Ski lockers right before you exit the hotel to the lifts and an area to put on your equipment is extremely convenient. Good WiFi and well equipped, clean rooms.

Perfect ski location
Perfect location for ski lifts to explore the Three Valleys. Three lifts within meters of the hotels ski lockers. Would highly recommend location for a family or couples. Quiet with good restaurants.

NOISY!
Rooms 701-705 and 801-805 are directly under the resturant and every morning and night we were woken by the noise of the resturant staff dragging chairs and tables across the wooden floor (which was them hoovering before and after service). We stayed in 702 and could hear money being dropped on the floor two floors above us thats how badly the noise travelled. We also had the pleasure of the snow machines going off at all hours and a busy road below to keep us awake in the small hours. The room had no air conditioning so sleeping with the balcony door shut was not an option but even with the door shut the snow machines made enough noise to keep my partner and I awake. We did complain and were told that the room above us had the same complaint and there was nothing the staff could do. I feel the hotel should warn guests of the resturant wooden floor and about the snow machines coming on in the night. They should also tell the cleaning staff to lift instead of dragging the resturant furniture because when they finally did on the last night (as a result of my partner getting out of bed at 2300hrs to complain in person) it made a huge difference. On the plus side, the location is door to ski and the hotel decor is attractive. There is also free on street parking a short walk away.

Very good location for ski in/out, and all the services that you need in the local modern "village". It was pre-Xmas / early season, which may explain the disorganisation. (Illegible wifi code, very slow check out, ragged cleaning cloth was drying on the radiator on arrival, housekeeping not arriving until 6pm one day, etc.). Staff were friendly but a bit uncertain. The room was very hot and a little noisy (road noise, and directly below restaurant). Décor was fine but a little battered in places (bar decoration still underway). Breakfast was good, and nice welcome home cake/vin chaud/hot chocolate in the ski room entrance in the afternoon. Generally OK at early-season discount (I might even try it again) but would be disappointed at full price.

Almost perfect+pleasant stay
Right in front of the free shuttle service station which runs every 20 mins. from La Croissette city center. Tourist office, supermarket, equipment rental shops, and ski slopes nearby. The room was perfect, with good amenities offered. Passing-grade, expensive breakfast buffet. Almost all staffs are kind (but may not be able to speak English well), but the only staff who can speak English fluently (he seems to be a manager?) is not kind and made me do not want to ask anything at all at the reception counter. Will be a perfect stay if I can speak French and avoid that guy.

Well done, ticked all the boxes
We chose this hotel for its location and because friends had recommended it. Turned out to be ideal, service, parking, locality in terms of ease of access to the slopes and places to eat couldn't have been better. Perfect spot for a few days away without the kids and if you want to get some skiing done

We arrived very late, but were still able to check-in just fine, which was a relief. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. They can issue lift passes directly from reception which is really helpful. The rooms are pretty good, a little small like all French ski hotel rooms, but very clean and reasonably modern. The bathroom looked like it had been recently refurbished too. The location is great, less than a minute's walk to the slopes, and there are shops and restaurants also within a couple of minutes walk. The only downside of the hotel is the locker room and absence of a boot room. The locker room is dated, cramped and generally behind the times. There are tall wooden lockers to put skis in, but there's no room in between the lockers to move around. If there's more than a few people in there, you're stuck. Also, there's no boot room, so nowhere to dry damp boots over night. You can't fit the boots into the ski locker, so the only option is to take them up to your room. Not ideal.

Good solid option for skiing in le trois vallees
Hotel was in a good location for ski in/out. Supermarket across to road if necessary. Room was one of the updated rooms on the 8th floor so we had a good view of the mountains. The bar area was very inviting and comfortable, especially near the open fireplace. We spent many an early evening relaxing there with a pre-dinner beverage. The ski locker room was the only letdown as it was not big enough and there was nothing to help dry your boots overnight with.

Nice hotel ski in ski out even in late April
A very comfortable hotel where the staff made us most welcome, The breakfast especially was excellent and the staff always helpful and pleaant. We could ski in and out from almost the doorstep even though it was very late in the season. Loacal parking was readily available. Facilities were good and will be even better when the swimming pool is finished.

Generally satisfactory. Food is expensive at the hotel, but the Sherpa supermarket is just across the road. Bus stop is right at the door step. Room, spa and ski lockers are all very small. Swimming pool was closed when I was there. Room cleaning was cursory and should be improved. Staff was very welcoming and generally helpful. Hotel amenities should be improved for a 4-star hotel. No boots dryer, a minus for a hotel in a ski resort.

Room was cleaned daily but cursory at best. You can tell the cleaning was done hastily judging from the work completed. The hotel room was very small even for one person. Separating the toilet from the bathroom did not make sense given how small the space is. Ski-in ski-out location is unbeaten. Bus stop and the Sherpa supermarket are right in front of the hotel, very convenient. Ski locker room is extremely tiny and it is almost impossible to go through the room without banging against anything.

Loved my stay!
Perfect location for a ski/snowboard holiday! Everything you need close by to hotel, supermarket, laundry, shops, restaurant's and most importantly, snow, ski-lifts, slopes outside hotel back door! Overall a really nice area and a wonderful homely hotel. I also need to mention the very helpful hotel receptionist! The day we left our taxi didn't arrive/turn up on time at the hotel. The hotel receptionist kindly offered to run myself and partner to the bus station. Nice friendly, helpful hotel staff! Thank you for helping to make our stay so enjoyable! We will hopefully be back in the near future.

The quality and comfort of the hotel is not in line with the price. The services provided are very limited. The rooms are small and dated. The internet is either not working at all in the rooms or is intermittent and annoying.

Great hotel in superb resort
Excellent ski-in, ski-out hotel, very close to chair lifts, shops and restaurants. Clean and modern with all rooms facing up the valley, but you might want to take a travel kettle as there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms! We enjoyed our après-ski in the hotel bar, very cosy around the fire, as well as the sauna and steam room.

Stayed here for a weeks skiing holiday. Excellent location right on the slopes with ski lifts just metres away. Excellent slopes for us as only moderately capable. Lots of blue runs and a great green run. Would stay there again for the skiing. Not a hotel for luxury but rather somewhere to stay while skiing. Restaurant ok nothing special.
